For witnesses: 

1. Review the comments made by your peers in peer editing Wednesday. If something should be fixed, fix it. 
2. Print out your statements.  
3. Using two different colors of marker, highlighter, or pen, mark up the text as follows---
• One color should highlight everything that helps prove Simon Pilkings WAS responsible for the death of Olunde Oba.
• The other color should highlight everything that helps prove that Simon Pilkings WAS NOT responsible for the death of Olunde Oba. 
4. Come up with questions that that the lawyers should ask you, that brings out the points things that you highlighted.  Everyone should come up with at least 5 questions each.
5. When you are finished with your questions, hand the questions that help prove that Pilkings is Guilty to the Prosecution and then hand the questions that help prove that Pilkings is Not Guilty to the Defense.

For Lawyers:

1. Begin reading all of the statements and collecting and generating questions.
2. Go to Common Objections to read up on how to object to the other side questioning a witness.
