British Literature Final Exam Study Guide

Exam Date:  June 3, 2013

The Exam:  You will be writing a critical review essay of ANY piece of Literature we read in British Literature this year.

                

What we have read:

·         Sir Gawain and the Green Knight

·         Macbeth

·         Assorted Sonnets

·         A Modest Proposal 

·         1984

·         Assorted Modern Poetry

·         Death and the King’s Horseman

You will only have one 78 minute class period to write and turn your essay into turnitin.com, but you may do any pre-planning you wish before that date. Please see pp. 1316-1323 to help you plan your essay before Monday, June 3^rd.  What I am assessing with this final essay is not necessarily the content of the essay, but your ability to read instructions and apply what you read to your writing.
